Q: What are your store hours?

A: Our retail store is open Monday – Saturday from 10am – 6pm.  Our online store is open 24/7!

Q: Are you accepting consignment?

A: We accept items for consignment Monday – Friday between the hours of 11am – 5pm by appointment.   Please call 828-253-4747 or send us a message to reserve yours.  For more information on our consignment policies please visit: https://www.thelittlestbirds.com/consignment/

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are happy to accept returns on items in unused “like new” condition within 30 days of purchase.  Please be advised that in the absence of defect the customer is responsible for return shipping.  All consignment sales are final except in the instance that the item is received in a different condition than advertised.  If you have questions about a return please feel free to contact us via email or telephone.    

Q: What are your shipping realities?

A: We do our best to ship packages within 3 days of receiving the order and most packages ship same day.  Most orders are shipped via the USPS with tracking.  Larger items are now available to ship via UPS Ground.  We will send you an order update via email once your package has shipped containing all relevant tracking information.  Please be advised that some higher end wraps and baby carriers will ship insured and additional charges will apply.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes! We are happy to offer shipping via the USPS to our international customers.  You will be invoiced separately for the actual cost of shipping to your country.  We will do our best to minimize your shipping costs.  Please be advised that preparing international shipments may take longer than domestic.  Some brands restrict our ability to ship internationally (geo-fencing).
